How I Work

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which enables me to deliver a genuinely personalized experience. You work directly with me, not a team I manage from a distance. I am a senior advisor, thought partner and executor.

For transactions that require it, I work with specialist attorneys, ex-Big Law associates and other advisors (e.g., boutique investment banks and tax advisory firms). The goal is to assemble the right experts for the specific deal, without the overhead structure of a large firm.

About

I'm Julian Landau-Sabella, a former Big Law corporate attorney (most recently, a partner at Goodwin Procter). I’ve spent the last decade advising companies, executives and investors on M&A, financings and general corporate matters.

I now work directly with a small number of clients as an outside legal and strategic counsel.

I'm based in Los Angeles and licensed in California and New York.
